Denver’s Washington Park (aka “Wash Park”) is a verdant neighborhood of classic 1920s American bungalows. We have designed several homes in the district. The three shown here employ the broad overhangs, low-pitched roofs, and craftsman ethos of historic neighboring homes, but with a contemporary attitude. The interiors are open and filled with light, while the exteriors nod to neighborhood tradition. These are bungalows for the 21st century.
