Eisenhower Park Projects

Eisenhower Park is a post-World War II neighborhood undergoing extensive rebuilding (“scrape-offs”, “pop-tops”, and standard renovations) we have designed more than a dozen projects in this Denver enclave.  Our designs were the first in the neighborhood to introduce a contemporary lifestyle: high ceilings, abundant light, and open planning. Some of these were built as “spec” homes for local developers, others are owner-occupied custom designs. Featured here are just a few examples of our work in this emerging neighborhood.

(For more Eisenhower Park projects see also: “Fusion”, “Los Colores”, and “McDonough-Munger” under CONTEMPORARY in the menu above.)
