Set in the foothills west of Denver, this area is about as close as you can be to the city and still feel you are in the mountains. This is rugged but accessible terrain with jutting rock formations, green valleys, and trickling streams. It is close to the famed Red Rocks amphitheater. We designed two homes for the Hovland family is this enchanted location. Both homes have been sold (House I is on its third owner) and the new owners have engaged our services for updates and remodeling.
