Colorado’s mountain resort communities have been around for a long time. Many of the older condos, townhomes, and residences in the major ski towns are in need of updates. This is one example where we gutted a two-story condo at the base of Vail’s Lionshead gondola. The kitchen was streamlined, master suite modernized, and secondary baths and bedrooms rearranged. The end result was a new residence for the twenty-first century.
